Who Can Use TamilTech
You must be at least 13 years old to create an account. Messages and groups are only for people aged 18 or older. If you are under 18, please do not use Messages; if you told us you are a school student, Messages is not available to your account.
Messages, Groups and Photos
You are responsible for what you send. You agree not to use Messages, groups or photos to send or share anything that:
- is unlawful, or that you do not have the right to share;
- is sexual content involving anyone under 18, or sexual or obscene content of any kind;
- threatens, harasses, bullies, defames or impersonates anyone, or promotes hatred or violence;
- is a scam, fraud, spam, a chain message or malware;
- reveals someone else's private information (phone numbers, addresses, ID documents, bank details, OTPs) without their consent.
Anyone in a chat can block a person and report a chat or a message. We review reports, may remove content, and may limit or close accounts that break these rules. Where the law requires, we keep information about removed content and share it with authorities.
TamilTech AI
Answers from TamilTech AI (in Tech Mentor, chats and groups) are written automatically and may be wrong, incomplete or out of date. They are general information, not legal, medical, financial or other professional advice; please check anything important before you act on it. Do not share passwords, OTPs or bank details with the AI. When someone in a chat asks TamilTech AI a question, the recent messages of that chat are sent to our AI provider to write the answer, as described in our Privacy Policy.
Deleting Your Account
You can delete your account at any time in the app (Settings → Delete my account, at the end of Settings), or by writing to us. What we remove at once, what we keep for a limited time because the law requires it, and when it is erased are described in our Privacy Policy.
