💡 The certificate comes from the Corporation, Municipality or Panchayat where the birth was registered. Sites charging ₹199 for "instant" certificates are not official.
⚡ EB new connection: documents you need

🏍️ Driving licence (LLR → DL): documents you need

- LLR test online the same day; DL test after 30 days, within 6 months

🪪 PAN card: documents you need

💡 Instant e-PAN only works if you have never had a PAN. Having two PANs is not allowed.
✈️ Passport: documents you need

- Appointment at a Passport Seva Kendra, then police verification

💡 Name spellings must match across Aadhaar, the 10th certificate and the bank passbook. Fix them before booking.
📄 Income certificate: documents you need

- 7–15 working days (VAO check, then Tahsildar approval)

💡 Most offices want a certificate under 6–12 months old, so check its date before you submit it anywhere.
🏠 Encumbrance certificate (EC): documents you need

- A few working days; longer if the records need manual checking

💡 Copy the survey number from the deed or patta exactly. One wrong digit gives you an EC for someone else's land.
