Apple-உம் Halide-ஐ Buy பண்ண Try பண்ணியது! iPhone 18 Pro Camera App Major Upgrade-க்கு Ready

Apple, Lawsuit, Startup Drama — மத்தியில் iPhone 18 Pro Signal#

Properly untangle

Serious iPhone photography பண்றவங்க — RAW shooting, manual ISO மற்றும் shutter control, precise focus, histogram tools — இவங்க Apple-இன் built-in Camera app-க்கு பதிலா Halide use பண்றாங்க. Behind it: Lux Optics studio — Kino (video), Spectre (long exposure), Orion (iPad as HDMI monitor) உம் make பண்றாங்க.

iPhone cameras-ஐ பத்தி years-ஆ complaint என்னன்னா — hardware incredible, ஆனா default Camera app too automated, too AI-processed.

Acquisition Almost

The Information report-படி: Apple last summer Lux Optics-உடன் acquisition talks பண்ணினாங்க — specifically intellectual property buy பண்ண. Reason clearly stated: iPhone 18 Pro camera hardware "professional-grade cameras-ஐ விட certain advanced features-ல் match பண்ண போகுது" — Apple-இன் built-in Camera app இதை keep up பண்ணணும்.

Plain language-ல்: iPhone 18 Pro camera hardware so advanced-ஆ போகுது, current automated Camera app justice பண்ண முடியாது. Apple pro camera experience built-in வேணும்.

Talks September 2025-ல் end ஆச்சு — Lux Optics co-founders Sebastiaan de With மற்றும் Ben Sandofsky agree பண்ணினாங்க: Halide future updates value increase பண்ணும், இப்போ sell பண்றது worth இல்லை. Apple-கிட்ட no சொன்னாங்க.

Drama escalates. Two months ago, de With Apple design team join More complicated ஆகிடுச்சு.

Sandofsky co-founder-ஐ sue பண்ணினாங்க. Lawsuit claim: de With company funds misuse Lawsuit-ல் de With "confidential materials related to Lux's future product development" மற்றும் Lux Optics-க்கு கிடைத்த Apple Design Award-ஐ எடுத்துட்டு போனார்ன்னும் allegation.

Messy. Really messy. Halide people genuinely love

Signal clear: Apple iPhone 18 Pro camera-ஐ serious priority-ஆ treat பண்றது. Built-in Camera app meaningfully more powerful-ஆ போகும் — Halide offer பண்ற manual controls closer-ஆ போகும்.

என்ன mean-ஆகுது: proper RAW capture, manual ISO, shutter speed, white balance controls default Camera app-ல். Better histogram tools. Computational AI-ஐ விட actual sensor capture-க்கு more access. Serious photographers iPhone + Halide subscription இரண்டும் carry பண்றது போகலாம்.

Apple years-ஆ hyper-computational — every photo AI-process பண்றது.

India-ல் iPhone user base rapidly growing. Apple India-ல் aggressively expanding, domestic assembly, better pricing. iPhone 16 Pro India-ல் ₹1,19,900-ல் இருந்து start ஆகுது.

India-ல் iPhone use பண்ற photographers மற்றும் content creators — wedding photography, social media creators — pro camera app genuinely valuable. India-இன் wedding photography market enormous, increasingly phones-ல் shooting. Bright Indian sunlight-ல் ISO மற்றும் shutter manually control பண்றது third-party app இல்லாம — real-world meaningful upgrade.

Halide App Store India-ல் approximately ₹1,649/year subscription-ல் available. Apple-இன் built-in Camera app Halide capabilities close ஆனா — அந்த subscription unnecessary, money saved.

என்னோட honest take#

Apple Halide acquire பண்ண try பண்றது strategically complete sense. Best pro camera interface already built பண்ண team buy பண்றது scratch-ல் build பண்றதை விட efficient. Deal fall apart ஆனது mildly unfortunate — integrated experience seamless-ஆ இருந்திருக்கும்.

Co-founder lawsuit genuinely sad. Halide rare app — software பண்றவங்க photography-ஐ deeply care பண்றாங்கன்னு feel ஆகும். அந்த relationship publicly break down பண்றது disappointing.

ஆனா bigger story — iPhone 18 Pro substantially more capable camera app கிடைக்கும் — exciting. Apple camera hardware several generations-ஆ best.

Camera software upgrade land ஆனா premium more justified-ஆ feel ஆகும்.
